We are both pleased to inform you about post conference issues (journals), just agreed, which are as follows:
- COMPEL – The International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- IAJEM – International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics
Post conference procedure
The corresponding authors of presented papers will be requested (on site at the Conference):
- to confirm the preparation of a full-length manuscript;
- to express a hierarchical preference on the 2 journals.
Then the EB will consider this info before deciding the final assignment and notifying the decision.
The manuscripts will undergo an independent review procedure managed by the guest editors.
As far as publication fees and copyright terms are concerned, authors are kindly supposed to consult the relevant journal webpage.
Tentative timelines
- Conference date: September 8-11, 2025
- Submission deadline: October 31, 2025
- End of peer review process: December 20, 2025
- Revised manuscript: January 31, 2026
- Final acceptance: February 28, 2026
- Planned time to publication: Q2 2026
